There is ample street parking and one off-street park available. Enjoy the reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning in all seasons. Located in a heritage conservation area, all of Oranges' best cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The Space: Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom home complete with kitchen, laundry, dining room, lounge and outdoor entertaining area including BBQ, outdoor setting and firepit. Belle Cottage has been recently renovated and is filled with character and comfort for your stay. Room darkening shades, exposed brick, new tiling and wooden floor boards accompany a rich heritage home with decorative ceilings and selective colours to bring about a modern touch of elegance. Bedroom one and two have queen beds and bedroom three has a double bed. There is one bathroom with shower and sink with an adjoining toilet. There is plenty of space to store your clothes and other belongings in the bedrooms or throughout the cottage. If you're in town for work, a hidden work space is available in the hallway with lamp and plenty of power points. Guest Access: The property is self check in with a key lockbox located at the property. (Details provided upon booking) All check in and house details will be sent out 3 days before your arrival. The Neighborhood: March Street runs two streets over from the main street of Orange. A 6 min walk to Summer Street and the many delicious cafes, bars and restaurants. 5min walk to Orange Central Square Shopping Centre, including Coles Supermarket, The Coffee Club and various retail stores. 6min walk to Lolli Redini and The Union Bank restaurants or Hawkes General Store (great coffee). 8min walk to Racine Bakery, Chemist Warehouse, Harris Farm or Woolworths. 18min walk down March St followed by a forest filled Sampson Street to Historical Cook Park. Getting Around: The Central Heritage Cottage is a short drive to anywhere and you can walk to most places in the CBD depending on your activity level. Orange Taxi Service and Uber are also available to use. Wine Tour companies - Orange Wine Tours, Vine Venture Tours, Simmo's Off Road Tours & James Vineyard Tours.
