2 bedroomed cosy detached lodge at the 5 star South Lakeland Leisure Village which nestles amongst the rolling green countryside of the borders of the Southern Lake District and Yorkshire Dales just five minutes away from junction 35 of the M6 . Both are less than 30 minutes drive from this exclusive log cabin hideaway. Also on the doorstep is the Arnside and Silverdale ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy a peaceful stay exploring beautiful scenery. The lodge is very comfortable and you have to whole space to enjoy the green and peaceful surroundings. The lodge features the following: Private parking at the side of the lodge Spacious living and dining area with 2 comfortable sofas, large TV with NETFLIX and FREE WIFI. There is also a music system to play CD's or your own USB music. The kitchen area comes equipped with cooker and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is central heating throughout and also an electric fire in the living room should it be needed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. Both room have dressing tables and fitted wardrobes. From the double bedroom you have access to the main bathroom which has a walk in shower, sink and WC. There is another door leading from the bathroom to the hallway. There is a separate WC with sink and toilet in the main hallway. There is plenty of storage space in the lodge for extra items for example a cloak cupboard to put coats and shoes. The lodge has patio doors leading on to a decking area with seating and a coffee table. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided free of charge to get you started! The park itself has privileged views over the lake where non motorised launches can be used (not supplied). There is an excellent bar/restaurant on site as well as a gym, swimming pool and beauty salon. All of these can be used at an extra charge paid directly to the reception area. Please note there is no minimarket on site and the nearest large supermarkets are in Carnforth about 2 miles away. The park and the lodge are dog friendly.
