LA MORRA FLAT – new, in the historical centre

La Morra Flat is the union of two apartments, Cannubi and Sarmassa, for groups of up to 8 people. In the heart of La Morra, in a building of the '700 recently restored, a portion of the apartment is characterized by the typical ceiling with exposed bricks, the second with wooden beams. The accommodation has been combined in a modern style with a sober decor. The spaces are communicating, giving access to the large kitchen, the bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and the balconies on the front and back of the building. The building is located in the historic center of La Morra in a very quiet street with little traffic. n a couple of minutes you can walk to the Belvedere, the ramparts, the main street with shops, bank, pharmacy. Restaurants, cafes, wineries and the Social Winery, where you will find the best labels in the region, are within 50 - 100 meters. La Morra is the heart of the Langhe. From the height of its promontory, it dominates the expanses of the Nebbiolo vineyards, whose grapes will give life to Barolo, the finest wine in the region. Since 2014 it has been included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites as part of the site "Piedmontese wine landscapes, Langhe-Roero and Monferrato". A few kilometers from Alba, its central position allows easy access to the various centers of the Langhe, both by car, by bike or trekking through paths bordering the vineyards. A convenient bus service connects the most interesting points through La Morra. The entire historic center and the surrounding areas can be easily visited on foot. Within a few hundred meters you will find breathtaking views, art, history and of course vineyards. If you want to move to nearby towns and get off at Alba or Bra by public transport, the bus stop is 150 m away from your apartment. If you love trekking, departing from La Morra you'll find 7 different paths running through the surrounding hills. The access to your apartment is closed to traffic on public holidays in the afternoon, becoming a pedestrian zone (from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm).
