Villa Ilona is a splendid and luminous three-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Ilona you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Nerano bay and of the coastline. Villa Ilona is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Nerano, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant, the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Ilona from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 50 steps. For a successful stay at Villa Ilona we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars. Please note that access to Villa Ilona is along a narrow road. Please kindly note. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a swing and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September. Terrace 1 The first terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with sofas, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline. Terrace 2 The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a partial view of the sea. Garden The garden is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the first terrace. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. Ground FloorLiving Room 1 The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
