In a fantastic location just 30 seconds to beautiful Viking Bay, Harbour Haven is a three bedroom, two bathroom Grade II listed Georgian house in the heart of Broadstairs and within easy walking distance to everything that Broadstairs has to offer. Comfortable and cosy whatever the season, Harbour Haven can accommodate up to six people and is an ideal base to relax and explore Broadstairs and the surrounding areas. The large main bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also an additional toilet on the lower ground floor. KITCHEN & DINING On the lower ground floor is the beautiful kitchen with solid oak worktops, fitted in Autumn 2018. It has everything that you could need including: a Rangemaster range cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer plus drinks fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. With underfloor heating leading through to the dining room with a six seater dining table and smart TV. LIVING & (MAYBE) WORKING There are two living rooms, the front room is a great place to people watch or watch the world go by. The rear living room has ample sofas, a 50" smart TV and DVD player. This leads onto a beautiful solid wood conservatory with a desk and printer, should you need to work. And of course, there is wifi! OUTSIDE Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
