Beautiful Villa Carolyn is a BEACHFRONT gated home with INFINITY POOL with unobstructed view overlooking the ocean in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Located in Aguada, neighboring Rincon- The surf capital of the Caribbean, this 2600sf house has its own surfing break right out the back door! Enjoy the spacious open floor plan with grand 12-foot ceilings, 2 living rooms, and 3 bedrooms plus a real pull down queen bed in the upstairs living room (sleeps a total of 10). Each bedroom has A/C and it's own bathroom. The Owner's suite has an ocean view and opens to the balcony. From the large balcony watch amazing sunrises/sunsets, surfers, and rainbows. During the migration season, you might even spot Humpback whales. Find and collect sea glass on long walks on the beach. Go fishing, swimming, or snorkel over the reef that is just to the right of the house. The beach is literally your backyard. Even though all of the beaches are public, this feels like a very private spot. A huge side lawn is yours to use as well. Great to let kids run in a protected area off the beach. Bars, restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy are walking distance from the house. Relax at the beach house all day or take the short 5 minutes to drive to Rincon to tour around the city. Perfect for families looking for long term rentals. Keep in mind this is a residential neighborhood and not suitable for loud parties. Direct access to the beach with a nice right surf break. Sandy walk out behind the house and coral to the left and right. Other things to note: Only a starter supply of toiletries is provided. For extended stay plan on buying or bringing garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. We also allow you to use our washer and dryer but do not provide detergent. Normal talking and with music you can talk over OK. Loud yelling, screaming, Loud music and hard core partying is not allowed. NO DIVING (pool less than 5 feet deep) Absolutely! NO SAND IN THE POOL. Not a foot wash. We have 2 showers by the pool. Use them when coming up from the beach. TOILET PAPER is to be thrown into the garbage. (Don't clog the pipes) Yes, in the garbage.
