The cozy vacation apartment "Zur Imme" awaits you in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Lindau on the eastern shore of Lake Constance. The 110m² apartment has a living room with sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, three TVs and a washing machine with integrated dryer. A baby crib and high chair are available upon request. On the furnished balcony you can end the day relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying the view. A barbecue can be shared on the private barbecue area in the garden and is also at your disposal. Sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and relaxation room can be used privately for an extra charge. The island of Lindau, with its historic old town, is around 2.6km from the accommodation and can be reached on foot in just over half an hour, or in 10 minutes by car. From here also start the ships to Rorschach, Constance and Bregenz. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are two restaurants and a cafe, which are within 12-14 minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk (1.2km) or a 5-minute drive away. Boat trips with the homeowner 's own yacht (Sealine 330) are available for an extra charge. The motorboat is 12m long and 3,70m wide and suitable for 6 persons. The host is happy to make trips on Lake Constance with the guests, if that is desired. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is also a garage for your car. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
