Mas Toi: Mas Toi is a large luxury Masia from the last century, finely furnished and with a splendid view, in a very quiet residential area. It is located in Baix Empordá, in the heart of the Costa Brava, from where you can enjoy all the surroundings.It is 2 km from the center of Calonge and 5 km from the coves and beaches of Torre Valentina where you can explore its beautiful coastal path and cool off in its crystal clear waters. Entering you have the feeling of taking a dip in the past, among welcoming rooms and classy objects. The house is spread over two floors, connected by an ancient internal stone staircase The ground floor retains the original stone flooring, while the first floor is almost entirely made of wood. The Masia has a spacious English country style kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary utensils and a dining room. On the ground floor we also find a toilet, an atrium, a large and welcoming living room with television, fireplace (aesthetic) and a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a storage room with 2 large fridges with a freezer and a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor: one double with private bathroom and a bright living room with a view, with large windows reminiscent of the Venetian style, another double and a bedroom with two single beds, which can use the second bathroom of the plan. The stone faces, the wooden furniture and beds and the exposed beams will make you feel at home, with a feeling of warmth and comfort.
