The house is located a very short distance from Is Traias beach which, due to its dominating position, lets you enjoy the view. Within 300m through a (well kept) village, you will reach the beach. Villasimius is only 1,2 km away. The villa is divided into 2 floors with a panoramic terrace furnished with outdoor dining arrangements, a furnished kitchen, two bedrooms, storage space for beach equipment. Free WiFi access included. Within the village you will find a common parking area with direct access via a stairway. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and everything required for cooking. Outside there are a barbecue and a shower. Within the toilet there is another shower. In the open plan kitchen/living area you will find a sofa bed and LED TV, with pay per view (Netflix). Washing machine and iron provided. Free WiFi access included. Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units. Additional camping kids bed is available upon request. Porto luna village is an oasis of peace within a short distance from Villasimius and the beautiful beach of Is Trias; however, villasimius offers much more: Isola de cavoli, Punta molentis, Porto junco and Spiaggia del riso are just a few destinations you can reach easily. During the day, you may visit the archaeological museum and the old forts. During the evening you can enjoy the nightlife or relax at home to the sound of the sea and spectacular night sky.
