There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and complete cooking facilities, open plan air-conditioned living and dining area with floorboards, ceiling fans, large wall mounted SMART TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. From the living area, you have peaceful water views and sliding doors that lead out to two balconies. There is a double car space in the secure under cover parking next to the lift for the complex. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
