Located in a small mountain village, 1000 meters above sea level, the Chalet des 4 Saisons classified 3 * and 3 Epis Gîtes de France, welcomes you in a very cozy atmosphere ...... From its terrace to the south, you will enjoy a view of the village of Saint Genès (5 min walk from the Chalet) and the Monts du Cantal. Chalet des 4 saisons is close to Besse, Super Besse and Chastreix Sancy In the chalet of 4 seasons, you will have a surface of 110 m2, with a scullery of 20 m2, a living room with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker) , living room, bedroom (1 bed 160 X 200), a bathroom with shower (hair dryer) and separate WC. Upstairs, two large bedrooms (1 bed 160 X 200 and 3 beds 90 X 190) await you and a relaxation room with sofa, TV, DVD, board games, books and magazines. You will have a stove with wood available for free for the duration of your stay. Outside, you will have a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue on a non closed ground of 900 M2. The following ancillary services are offered: - rental of sheets with beds made on arrival for € 10.00 per bed - rental of bathroom linen for 10,00 € per week and per person - Final cleaning fee: 70,00 € (if this option is not chosen, the cleaning of the chalet remains the responsibility of the guests) - internet connection: 10,00 € For babies, an umbrella bed with mattress, a high chair and a baby bath can be made available free of charge. In the presence of very young children, a safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs leading to the 1st floor. Saint Genes Champespe is a small village of 220 souls which has a store trade bread-groceries and a second trade bar-tobaccos-newspapers-bookstore-souvenirs-fuels. A welcome booklet awaits you at the Chalet des 4 saisons with all the information necessary for the smooth running of your stay. The car is necessary to easily visit our beautiful region.
