A fantastic elevated position, capturing beautiful views of Cape Patton, the harbor, and the hills. This large two-level home has been cleverly built with each level independent of the other; it suits 2 separate families or groups spending time away together but wanting their own private space to retreat to. LINEN INCLUDED - Linen cost included into the cleaning fee. Pet Friendly Sleeps a maximum of 8 adults (and one child). Total sleeping spaces 9. Upstairs has an enormous deck wrapping around the front of the home, offering ample outdoor entertaining space spilling out from the open plan upstairs living area. Essentially you are renting an entire house, but it offers 2 spaces, upstairs is the main part of the home offering pitched ceilings and large windows creating a beautiful spacious feel. The main living area combines a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook during your stay (BYO food of course), dining area, and lounge with wood fire (BYO kindling / firefighters). Master bedroom with a queen bed, and second bedroom with 2 x single beds and a trundle for the 9th guest (suitable for a child only). A bathroom, laundry and separate toilet are on this level. The private flat downstairs has a lounge with kitchenette and lovely garden outlook, 2 bedrooms (main with queen, and second with bunk bed) and a combined bathroom laundry. This is the ideal place to stay if you have 2 families or perhaps are bringing the in-laws with you so they have a private space to retreat too with its own entrance and kitchenette facilities. Located in Apollo Bay, within close proximity to the Great Ocean Road and all it has to offer. SLEEPS 8-9 GUESTS *House is set over 2 levels with separate access and entry to the upstairs/downstairs - these are not internally joined by a staircase. The home is managed by Otway Retreats, a boutique, and local property management company based in Apollo Bay. Otway Retreats offer a personal concierge service to assist with local recommendations, tours, and provisioning the home before your arrival to make your stay that extra bit special! We are also local and on-call should you have any issues or need help throughout your stay. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels PETS: Pets are welcome here, however we ask that you bring your own pet bowls and bedding as this is not supplied. Guests are expected to clean up after their pet, and also to ensure that their pet stays off the furniture at all times. Pets are not allowed on couches/beds etc. If you have a pet that sheds hair, please ensure you clean up any dog hair before you depart as well as any droppings in the yards. BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 48 hours of your arrival and held until 7 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released. The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking. If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
