The Villa is composed of 3 levels: At the RDJ: 2 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed = 6 people 1st floor: 3 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed = 8 people 2nd floor: 1 bedroom = 2 people Exterior: Heated AND secure swimming pool. - The RDJ is made up of an entrance giving on the one hand, on a living room living room and on the other hand on a corridor distributing 2 rooms, a room of water and a separated toilet. - The 1st and 2nd floors consist of: - On the 1st floor: An entrance giving on the one hand, on a living room and on the other hand on a corridor distributing 3 bedrooms, a double bathroom and two separate toilets. - On the 2nd floor, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In each room is: - A television - A closet - A hair dryer - A very good quality double bed (160 x 200). - An ironing board, an iron, a clothes horse (in 2 bedrooms) In each stay / lounge there is: - A fully equipped American kitchen - A dining table with 6 chairs (for the RDJ) and 10 chairs (For the 1st floor) - A large TV - 3 sofas including a convertible - A TV dedicated to the sofa bed. Kitchens have everything you need for a "home-like" life - Capsule coffee machine + ground coffee machine - Fridge - Freezer - Toaster - Dishwasher - Washer / dryer - Kettle The bathrooms are available around one or two walk-in showers and a single or double contemporary basin with lighted mirror. Regarding the exterior: - Swimming pool secured by radar OR electric shutter - Tables and benches for dining by the pool - Deckchairs and sun beds. - Two barbecues - Two umbrellas The villa also has private parking for up to 3 cars on the forecourt. Possibility to park in the residence for free. The tourist tax of 3.08 euros per day and per person is offered to our guests. 1) Villa Hz is an exceptional holiday resort and invites to tranquility, calm and respect for others. It cannot in any case be a village hall. 2) Abstention from all noisy indoor and outdoor activities after 10 p.m. Our property is an integral part of a subdivision, subject to strict regulations in terms of noise pollution. Any excess will result in payment of the deposit in full. Naturally, in compliance with these rules, you will be able to fully enjoy the terrace and the swimming pool, but in peace. 3) Respect for equipment, places and neighborhood. 4) No animals. 5) Smoking allowed outside on the terraces but not inside. 6) Regarding the household, there are two solutions:         -> The cleaning is carried out by OUR treatments from your departure for the sum of € 200. This last condition does not exclude the questioning of the deposit in case of deterioration        -> The cleaning is carried out by YOUR care by not omitting the following points: - Restoration of the accommodation in the state in which we entrusted it to you - Throw the trash bags in the containers provided for this purpose (respect for selective sorting and recovery of glass bottles to be thrown in public containers)). 7) In order to preserve this relationship of trust which binds us, we will ask you to accept that a rental contract is established. This contract simply includes the rental conditions (name, internal regulations, price, arrival and departure time, etc.) To do this, we thank you for sending us to our personal mailbox which will be communicated to you after validation of the reservation, a copy of your identity document and your address in order to draw up the said contract which we will send you by email for signature; a copy will be returned to you, countersigned.
