Layout The living room is very comfortable with two sofa's, coffee table and a flat screen TV equipped with satellite TV channels. The living room and dining areas have air conditioning. The large sliding patio doors leading to a terrace with table, six chairs and sunbeds. The kitchen and dining area is unique to this property and offers lots of space to cook and dine. The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect in a self-catering villa including, a refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a bar area with sliding patio doors out to the terrace. Bedroom one has a king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, ceiling fan, windows with shutters and views out to the golf course. A door leads you into the ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, window with shutters a TV and a Ceiling fan. Bedroom three has a set of bunk beds, chest of draws. Bathroom two features a walk-in shower/wet room, basin/vanity unit, WC. This property has limited handicapped accessibility.
