House with panoramic terrace from where to admire the old town and the sea of Ostuni, a few steps away from Piazza della Libertà. Casa Rosetta, characterised by high ceilings typical of 19th-century accommodations, spreads over two levels. The first floor houses the living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a living room with dining area, a single sofa bed and a single bed in the adjoining alcove, in addition to the access to the balcony. The house also comes with a bedroom with a balcony, furnished with a queen size bed and decorated with a star vaulted ceiling. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment. On the upper floor, walking through a common area, guests will access a wonderful panoramic terrace with view over the old town and the sea, ideal for relaxation moments during their holiday. Casa Rosetta offers the possibility to park in the garage below the apartment, located on the ground floor (it is not suitable for large cars). *The house is not suitable for children below 12 years old. *Together for a safe holiday. The apartment is located in the pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. The narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city. Few kms away from our villa, there is the amazing Area Marina Protetta Torre Guaceto, while its countryside reaches the heart of Valle d’Itria. Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, which is famous for its ancient dwellings “trulli”, world heritage since 1996. 40 kms north our guests can visit the archaeological park of Egnazia, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative old towns and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests can find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south they can discover the marine protected area of Torre Guaceto, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco. Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particularly known for its “Sassi” (ancient cave dwellings) and nominated European capital of culture for 2019. The airports of Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (70 minutes) are the closest to the accommodation.
