This beautiful and large house will allow you to be ideally located to visit the region and especially the Dday beaches. His little story: Dating from 1700- 1710, our farm was one of the most important in Bessin. With a surface of more than 80 000m², 5 to 6 families worked for the "Longpré" family and lived there. This area was therefore a real small village, with butcher, bakery, many cellars, laundry ... Today the Ferme du Longpré is a peaceful domain of 5 gîtes with many activities namely: - indoor heated pool, open all year - Infrared sauna - Vintage bicycle rental - petanque - many games for young and old: swing, trampoline, football, badminton, volleyball, ping pong ... We have bought the property and renovated thes houses in 2017 General description : Located in the heart of the principle court of the property, you can park in a private parking in the town only 10 meters from the house. The house has a courtyard with garden furniture for 8 people and barbecue. This yard is shared with 3 houses for rent (NB : opportunity for anyone to search a property for until 35 persons !). We put at your disposal a secure device allowing you to facilitate your entry into the house at the time of your arrival. We use this system for many years with great reliability and guarantees your satisfaction. A message specifying the terms of access will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Gite Grandcamp is a very pretty house of 80m ² composed of: - a large living room room with convertible sofa bed and pellet stove. - a bathroom with shower - a mezzanine bedroom - a well-equipped kitchen - a garden area with barbecueand private court close to the swimming pool A free Wi-Fi connection is available to you The village is very quiet, it is easy to enjoy this charming village We do live on site and are at your disposal the time of your stay. Of course we provide bed sheets and towels, please note that we do not do beds. The cleaning fee is mandatory. We accept dogs and cats, but ask you to pick up the droppings of our 4-legged friends. It is forbidden to leave animals locked or outside the house in your absence. We have two super nice labradors, a cat and two rabbits! We will welcome you with pleasure :) and we will send you our good addresses concerning the visits, the restaurants and the museums.
