The property is located in Limonta, a small and ancient village 3 km from Bellagio, in the direction of Lecco. In the village, not far from the house, there is a family-run restaurant where you can enjoy excellent seafood. The grocery stores are based in Bellagio (2.8 km) or Vassena (3.5 km). In the village there are the bus stop and the ferry dock, but the number of runs is limited, so it is advisable to have a car for travel. The house is equipped with a private car park. The house is arranged over three floors and can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons: the ground floor is the living room, where there is also a fireplace, and kitchen. The living room has an outside porch with table and chairs and a small barbecue, where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake. Around the house there is a garden where you can arrange the deck chairs and sun loungers, which are provided.
