Penthouse downtown Fuengirola

2 bedroom apartment, top floor, hyper center and 100m from the beach. Hyper center of Fuengirola in the heart of all services, shops, bars and restaurants. Paseo Maritimo (seaside promenade) and the beaches are 100 meters away. These beaches are either public or private (rental of deckchairs: in 2019 for 5 euros per deckchair and parasol). The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of a 70s type building. It was renovated in 2018 and has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom / WC, two bedrooms and a private terrace. The whole measures 55m² plus 15 m² of terrace. The living room is equipped with a sofa / bed, a table for 4/5 people, a storage unit, a television (smartTV) with French channels (including TNT) and unlimited internet (possibility to connect several devices in WIFI). The kitchen has a fridge, an electric hob, a microwave and a washing machine. The bedrooms are fitted with sheets and duvet covers. Bath towels are also provided. Each bedroom has a 150X190 bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The terrace offers a clear view of the roofs of Fuengirola and has a table and 4 chairs. It is sunny in the morning and shaded the rest of the day which is preferable because of the ambient heat especially in summer. Note, like many 'old' buildings in the city center, the building has NO elevator. In terms of services and leisure, everything is nearby: Bars and restaurants (a multitude within a 50-meter radius), post office at 30 meters, bakery (at the foot of the building), banks, tobacconist, pharmacy (less than 200 meters), the zoo (the only one in the Costa del Sol at 400 meters), the water park is 800 meters away, the main nightclubs are also very close. In terms of travel and transport a car is not necessary: there is a RER type train line with frequent stops and passing every twenty minutes. This line runs from Malaga to Fuengirola and runs along the coast. The terminus is only 300 meters from the apartment. This line includes stops at the main points of interest: the airport, Plaza Mayor (huge commercial and leisure area), Pinillo (access to the Carrefour Hypermarket) Benalmadena (access to the TIVOLI amusement park). Still in terms of transport, the Fuengirola bus terminal (250 meters) makes it possible to travel among other things to Marbella or Mijas (famous white Andalusian village on the hillside) very easily. Car rental is only necessary for visiting other parts of Andalusia even if there is a travel agency near the apartment which organizes short excursions to points of interest in the region (Ronda , Granada, caves of Nerja, Gibraltar etc ...). Also note that we accept small pets.
