Farm Zuccherini apartment "Berenice"

Apartment Berenice is at ground floor of farm Zuccherini, original building of 1800 century built with stone and bricks covered with a delicate pink parget. It’s a very large apartment of 180 sq surrounded by its garden, and can host up to 10 people (8 in double bedrooms + 2 added beds), indeed it’s composed of 3 double bedrooms, plus 1 double bedroom with french-bed 140×200 cm, all facing on the garden. In the middle there’s the kitchen with barrel vaults and terracotta floors, well equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring stove, fridge and freezer and Carrara marble table top. From the kitchen you can reach the big living and dining room with satellite Tv. This room obtained from the old barn and we preserved the original floor and renovated the roof with exposed beams and trusses. The apartment Berenice has 4 bathrooms, two with bathtub and two with shower. Just outside the kitchen there is a veranda for outdoor meals in the shade surrounded by olive trees and rosemary bushes. In our farm we have free WiFi for our guests. The 5000 sq garden surrounds the building and it’s totally fenced. Looking towards north you can see the delicate hills and the old towns of Giuncarico and Montepescali. Swimming pool is 6×9 meters with nice view on the countryside. It has its own garden fenced for safety of the smaller guest, 2 cascades and a beautified old roman style well. Here you will have a private gazebo whith sunbeds.
