Southgate is located on the edge of the cliffs leading to the renowned "Three Cliffs Bay" (just a fifteen minute walk). With several places to eat out, golf club, hairdressers and a shop that sells all the essentials you needn't drive any further! A family friendly home from home. Our games room has a table football that everyone will enjoy. We have a selection of games and puzzles and lots of reading material. In the lounge there is a TV with freeview, a DVD player with selection of DVD's. The kitchen\diner is large enough for everyone to fit in with patiio doors opening onto the mainly grassed, fenced garden. The lounge is at the front of the property and has a TV with freeview,, DVD player and plenty of seating. As there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom the house is suitable for anyone not able to sleep upstairs. There are two double bedroom an one twin bedroom upstairs and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The house has a large combi boiler so there is always hot water. The Garden is mainly grassed and securely fenced with a patio area just outside the kitchen. Our shed has a selection of buckets and spades and garden games as well as two mountain bikes for guests to use.
