At the end of the Hallway on the first floor there is a Study for those who need to stay abreast of work while they are away. It has a desk, office chair and plenty of storage space. The contemporary, stylish kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and freezer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, electric double oven and gas hob and a dishwasher. There is also a utility room off the kitchen where you will find the microwave, washing machine and an extra fridge The large master bedroom is located on the top floor and has a Super king-sized bed, ample storage, a wall mounted TV and unique, striking pieces of artwork. This room has doors that open onto a balcony with relaxed chairs overlooking the small courtyard and a lovely garden with delightful sea views. There are also wonderful views of St Ives Town, the sea and Gwithian Beach from the front window with a comfy signature chair where you can watch the world go by. With the calming blue and serene white palette this room is reminiscent of the beautiful waters that surround St Ives The second bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-sized bed and is decorated with an elegant yet contemporary charm.
