The property lies 1 km from the village of Avigliano Umbro, 20 km south of the lovely Umbrian town of Todi, 40/50 kms from the well known cities of Spoleto/Orvieto and 110 kms northern Rome. It's a detached villa with private garden and pool, the whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. It features a large completely fenced garden of around 2500sqm with entrance gate. There is parking space for cars on the northern side of the building (under the shadow provided by the trees and the villa self).
