Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 offer premium queen size pillow top ensembles with ensuite to master consisting of dual vanities, huge shower, large spa bath and separate toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 offer two single beds in each room, including pillow top mattresses to all beds. Quality linen is supplied for your convenience including a sheet set, doona, blanket, a face washer and bathing towel, and a towel for the beach/pool. Additional linen is available for a further fee. Conveniently located with easy driving access to the Sunshine motorway, north to Noosa, jump on Nicklin Way to Caloundra or head towards Bruce Highway to the beautiful hinterland. Guests will have access to the entire house including double lock up garage, with the exception of one locked cupboard in the garage and one locked shed in the rear yard. All books / toys and other equipment may be enjoyed by guests during their stay - as these are family possessions, we just ask that you be careful and treat them as your own. The people on our street are friendly and the neighbours are lovely. This is a very quiet and peaceful area, where neighbours are laid back and very community minded. We ask that you please respect our neighbours, be considerate with noise and treat our house with care. No pets or loud parties. There are plenty of buses running in all directions from the Kawana Transport Hub at the Kawana Shoppingtown which is only a short walking distance away. Accessible by car and conveniently located close to Nicklin Way, Sunshine Motorway, and not far from the Bruce Highway. Day trip options within 30 minutes include Noosa, Montville, Glasshouse Mountains, Aussie World, Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Eumundi Markets and plenty more. Take a boat cruise and watch the whales, or head up to Tin Can Bay to feed the Dolphins. Plethora of restaurants and cafes in the immediate area, or a short trip to Mooloolaba.
