Elegant holiday apartment with swimming pool and equipped garden for shared use, located in a period villa set 10 minutes’ walk from the first beaches of the splendid town of Rapallo on the Gulf of Tigullio and a few minutes’ drive from Santa Margherita Ligure and the famous Portofino. If you wish to bring home unforgettable memories from your holiday, this will surely be the perfect destination for you: from here you can easily reach countless corners of Liguria that will impress you with their natural beauty. Genoa with its historic center and the largest aquarium in Europe is only 30 km from here. For trekking lovers there are many trails that start in the immediate vicinity and for golf and tennis lovers there is a renowned club. The apartment is on the ground floor and comprises a large living room with a sofa bed, a dining area overlooking the garden, a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with massage tub. If necessary, a single folding bed is in the living room. Outside there is a private gazebo of 7 m² for exclusive use. The enchanting sceneries of the villages of the Cinque Terre are easily reachable by car, by train or by ferry, starting directly from the marina less than 700 meters from the accommodation. In the same house are the accommodations ILL259-264-265-266-267-300-398-793 in addition to an apartment occupied by the house owner. Ceck-in is possible between 4 pm – 6 pm only. Parking is free or paid on a nearby municipal road. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Up to 1 pet is allowed.
