Beautiful country home located about 8 km from Otricoli in the Sabina region, not far from the Eternal City Rome. The property is set amongst the rolling green hills offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The house is part of a 5000 m² estate with swimming pool, gazebo and relaxation area. At guests’ disposal is a dependance with small terrace equipped with table for outdoor meals and with rustic kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and barbecue. Mosquito nets on all windows. The plot is completely fenced and has an electric gate. Upon request: transfer in minivan (9 people) from and to the airport and possibility to rent it during the stay. The house owner offers (upon request) wine tasting in the cellar. Places of interest include: Otricoli 8 km, the Bracciano Lake 32 km, “Cascata delle Marmore” (waterfall) 38 km, Viterbo and the Vico Lake 45 km. Rome (65 km) can be reached by train from Civita Castellana (8 km). The open gallery with bunk beds is in the twin bedded room. Unpaved access road of about 900 metres, the last part of it is passable with all-wheel drive cars only. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own.
