DalStudio.eu - A Modern Studio to rent at Corfu

The DalStudio.eu is a flawless 5-Star Rated Studio when it comes to Cleanliness. Committed to an Enhanced cleaning protocol, the studio remains under extensive cleaning and disinfection procedure for at least 3 days between quests bookings. The complete procedure is executed by the studio's host and for that reason there is a 100% assurance the studio will be clean for the next booking. For that reason, guests are required to keep the house in a clean state for the entire duration of their stay and are required to respect / follow the house rules (no shoes, no smoking etc) which are detailed described in the rules section. Please note, this property might not be ideal for guests of younger age, who have no previous experience in respecting a house and maintaining or cleaning a house during they're stay. The DalStudio.eu has been renovated twice since 2018, the last ended in July 2020 and all operations have been performed by the studio's host. For that reason if anything goes wrong during the period of a guest booking there is an immediate response to solve the problem within hours. During the last renovation a ceiling & wall sound - thermal insulation has been added to the studio due to few reviews regarding thin walls - noises coming from other apartments inside the block. Additionally a brand new air-conditioning unit TCL Elite Elegant 12.000 BTU has been installed featuring active carbon filtering for Covid-19. The studio's temperature during summer is around 25 to 26 degrees Celsius, with the air conditioning's help it can go down to 22 degrees Celsius while summer's optimal room temperature is 23–25.5 °C (73–78 °F). As explained briefly at the description, the studio architecture is based on minimalism combining old structures with new modern design. Based on the colors of white and Grey, the studio provides comfort, peace of mind and relaxation. The studio's ceiling lighting is based on 4000k lumen lamps plus 2 x 3000k lumen lamps as relaxation lights. The 43'' inch Smart TV LG 43UK6300 is there to provide entertainment during the quests stay inside the studio by providing channels like YouTube, Netflix (an active account is required) and more. There is also a HDMI cable connected to the TV already for connecting a laptop. The internet connection is exclusive to the studio and it is a VDSL type with true speeds of 50MBps download & 4MBps upload. Other things to note: As included in the rules section, the DalStudio is a non smoking / vaping space as well as no shoes in the house which is a part of an Enchained cleaning protocol (sealed sleepers are provided during your stay).
