This spacious, detached house which has 5 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely west-facing garden, is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from the business of life. Just a couple of minutes’ walk takes you down to Portmellon Cove – a sandy beach which can be completely covered during high tide, making it perfect for crabbing and you can launch kayaks or small boats from the free slipway. There is a traditional Cornish pub in the cove called "The Rising Sun Inn" which has a lovely beamed bar and enviable views over the bay. The nearby fishing village of Mevagissey is less than a mile away around the headland if you fancy a stroll along the South West Coast Path.
