Apartment Saracina, 130 m2, si at first floor of the farm Zuccherini, original building of 1800’s built with stone and bricks covered with a delicate pink parget. The apartment has very large bedrooms typical of ancient buildings, all with terracotta floor and exposed beams. Here we can host up to 7 guest in 2 double bedroom and one double bedroom + 1 bed, all facing on the countryside around. One living room, little but cozy, looks towards north on the swimming pool and the hills far away. Next to it there’s the dining room and kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 ring stove, fridge and freezer. In the apartment there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Going down the stairs there is the outdoor private gazebo for eating meals cooked at the BBQ or just relaxing in the garden under the shade. The 5000 m2 garden surrounds the building and it’s totally fenced. Looking towards north you can see the delicate hills and the old towns of Giuncarico and Montepescali. You can use the private BBQ, and have meals outdoor in the private veranda. 6×9 mt swimming pool with nice view on the countryside. It has its own garden fenced for safety of the smaller guest, 2 cascades and a beautified old roman style well. Here you will have private gazebo with sunbeds.
