Matakana Village Bungalow

This is a very stylish three bedroomed bungalow set on the banks of the Matakana river overlooking a big stand of native bush abounding with bird life. The Bungalow is located on the edge of the village. Its barely 600metres to the village centre but set back and separated from traffic noise. The house has all modern facilities from SkyTV, broadband, to fan bake oven. There is a large lounge, dining room and sunny family room as well as a large kitchen and two bedrooms (with an additional Sunroom with single bed ,(all linen provided) and bathrooms. Large decks circle the house. There is a home ventilation system installed. There is a roundabout at the house front and plenty of parking. Special conditions: .
