The Bushman's Cottage was built in the 1880’s as a grazer’s cottage fully restored as a self-contained two bedroom cottage, perfect for couples or families who are looking for a weekend getaway in rural Australian countryside. The cottage has a tranquil view of Pipeclay creek which winds its way through the vineyards, take the steps down to the fire pit and enjoy the country air - glass of wine in hand. Pieter van Gent Winery & Vineyard is located about 10 minutes drive out from the centre of Mudgee. Close enough to town that coffee is always near but far enough out of town to see the stars in the night sky. The Bushman's Cottage has a no-nonsense kitchen, a BBQ on the deck, flat screen TV and reverse cycle air conditioning. All linen is provided along with a complimentary bottle of wine. Tea and coffee making facilities are available along with milk in the fridge. Ask about late checkouts! 2 night minimum. Public holiday and special events 3 night minimum stays.
