Villa with view over the Adriatic Sea and large private garden

Villa with traditional stone arcade and beautiful seaview. This property features three bedrooms (all with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. It’s in a great location less than a mile from the famous lighthouse of Santa Maria di Leuca, Puglia's southernmost tip. The three bedrooms, all with air conditioning have double beds. There are also two new single sofa-beds in the large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and everything you need to prepare you meals that can be enjoyed outdoors under the arches looking at the sea. The villa has a private garden that surrounds the house and a barbecue. Two restaurants can be reached by foot and in nearby Santa Maria di Leuca you can find many more options to shop, eat & drink. Leuca is a charming port town from where you can rent a boat and visit the nearby water caves or go for a swim on its rocky cliffs. North of the villa is the canyon named Ciolo, one of the most photographed places in southern Puglia and a perfect place to hike in between countryside and sea. The sandy beaches of the Maldives of Salento are only a 15minutes drive from the villa. 🛏️ Bed linen, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them from home, you can rent them at a cost of €18 per person regardless of the length of stay. 🧽 Final cleaning is not included. If you do not want to clean before departure, we can call the cleaning company for €80. 🐶 Dogs are allowed, at an additional cost of € 60 for each dog.
