Your whole family will enjoy it. The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private pool, sunbathing area and garden. The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional, the more you will find a hidden jewel (200 years old), a beautiful authentic "konoba" with a built-in fireplace on the ground floor, connected with a modern kitchen. The cozy living room and bathroom are also located on the ground floor of the villa. The upper floor is connected by internal and external stairs. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two rooms have a double bed, and the master bedroom has a double bed and one additional room with bunk beds. The house is ideal for 8 people, but can accommodate an additional child up to 12 years on the sofa bed in the living room and is perfect for families with children. The house is built on a beautiful private property of 3000m2, which is entirely at your disposal. The estate is covered with olive trees. Outside you have a beautiful covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area. The pool of 40m2 is surrounded by greenery and there are sun loungers and parasols at your disposal. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house.
