Summary: The apartment is nicely appointed throughout and comes complete with all the amenities you would expect in a modern apartment to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We provide complimentary wifi, Netflix, toiletries, tea and coffee. Nestled on the Quayside and located only 10 minutes walk from all that Newcastle has to offer - the famous nightlife, great shopping and superb cultural amenities. You couldn't be better placed for a fantastic stay in our world class city. Required standards of behaviour - this is a lovely apartment in a quiet residential building. It is essential that the privacy and amenity of residents is respected and observed. In this regard, we will not tolerate anti-social behaviour of any kind. Of course, we want you to fully enjoy your stay here - and in this apartment you will have the perfect base for that - but please be aware that any undue noise or disturbance will result in your stay being terminated. The Space: The apartment is perfectly located in a lovely mixed setting on the Quayside. You've got everything you would need in a great place to make for a fantastic stay. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, en suite shower room, 2 double bedrooms and all tastefully presented to enhance your stay in our beautiful city. Guest Access: Full access to entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Newcastle is packed with things to do and places to visit and it's all so close to where you're staying. The Quayside is a great place to be and If you happen to be around on a Sunday check out the Quayside Market which has been around for decades. There's great restaurants everywhere but check out Unos Italian restaurant which is right beside the Tyne Bridge. Getting Around: You can walk to the very centre of the city in under 10 minutes but if you want to travel further afield there is a Metro stop 5 minutes walk away from the apartment where you can travel throughout Tyne and Wear including Newcastle Airport (25 mins). If you like walking there's great walks both up and down the River Tyne which will take you out into beautiful countryside or the other way to spectacular coastal spots. Other Things to Note: Secure parking is available at the Quayside Multi Storey Car Park located on Pilgrim Street which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The current charges are £8 per day or £1.10 per hour. It is free between 5pm and 8am. We require our guests to have a minimum age of 23 to reserve this apartment.
