The top floor is accessed by a wide open staircase and features large comfortable sofas in front of an open fire place and a beautiful wooden table at centre stage inviting to be used. A high beamed ceiling and terracotta tiled floor create a relaxed home atmosphere. A family size kitchen with all modern facilities and a large breakfast table leads off from the dining room end of the top floor with a WC adjacent to it. Large sliding glass doors lead out onto a semi-covered terrace with a brick build in barbecue and outdoor furniture for dining and relaxation.
