In the heart of the valley of Lakes and surrounded by the high mountains of the Vosges, this chalet of 145 m², arranged to measure and entirely built in Canadian red cedar logs, invites you to a stay of the most enchanting! Nestled in the Parc Naturel Régional des Ballons, its exceptional location will allow you to discover the rich heritage of the region and to enjoy outdoor activities! You will have all the necessary comforts: a bright living room with a view of the mountains, a fully equipped modern kitchen, three bedrooms, two relaxation areas, three bathrooms as well as a balcony and a large terrace to enjoy your hot chocolate facing the mountains! Linen is provided and your beds are made upon arrival! The chalet of 145 m² is spread over 3 levels and is composed as follows Level 0 / ground floor: - Beautiful living room with a lounge area with sofa bed, TV, wood stove (wood not provided), an open and modern kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machines, etc...), a warm dining area with a large dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Two large bay windows give you access to the balcony to enjoy the view of the forest. Without opposite and with a breathtaking view on the mountain, it ends with a large rounded terrace of about 25 m² exposed South/West. - Separate toilets. - An outside ski-box is at your disposal. Level -1 - 2 double bedrooms: each with queen-size bed and access to the outside through large bay windows. - 1 space adjacent to one of the bedrooms with a sofa bed - Two shower rooms with washbasin and toilet Level 1 - Shower room with vanity unit, towel dryer and toilet - Relaxation area with sofa bed and TV Neighborhood: The accommodation is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature in the typical mountain village of Xonrupt-Longemer.
