It is a semi –basement, with its own entrance and is fully self-contained (approx 850 sq ft). Access is through the main gate into the courtyard. There is a lockbox located next to the front door down a small set of steps. As you enter you are greeted by the hall which leads into the sitting room, which is comfortably furnished with two sofa's (one being a sofa bed) wood floor, TV with SKY and WiFi throughout.
