Bellavista - Schöne Wohnung am Meer (Strandnah)

This beautiful and very quiet apartment offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Olbia and the island of Tavolara. Coming from the Strada Statale (SS125) from Olbia on the way to Golfo Aranci, at the exit Sos Aranzos, an unpaved road leads to the house in which the Bellavista apartment is located. A staircase leads to the entrance area and the spacious living room with a cozy seating area and an open fireplace. From here you can reach both bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. Another bathroom with shower is accessible from the living area. The bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed and 2 single beds. Another sleeping option for 2 people can be found in the living room on a comfortable sofa bed (this is currently not shown in the pictures because the delivery of the couch is pending). A cot and a high chair can be provided for a fee (15 € / 5 €). In the living area there is also the kitchenette with functional equipment. From the living room you enter the covered veranda with a uniquely beautiful "Bellavista". High-quality garden furniture with a large dining table offer plenty of space for a cozy get-together. Due to the large property with lawn, this apartment is particularly suitable for families with children. At the end of the garden, a wild path leads to the "Spiaggia Gea" beach (sand / rock), which is only 150m away. If you are looking for peace and a wonderful view, this apartment is 100% worth your while. The closest town is Golfo Aranci (about 25 kilometers northeast of Olbia airport). The village center, about 5 km away, with its beautiful lungomare, the harbor promenade, offers a large selection of restaurants and bars. There are also several supermarkets in town. In addition to the "Spiaggia Gea" beach, the following other beaches are nearby: - Sos Aranzos - Spiaggia Bianca - Cala Sassari - Cala Sabina - Cala Moresca - Cala Brandinchi - Capriccioli - La Cinta (near San Teodoro) - Tavolara island (by boat) - La Maddalena Archipelago (by boat) The famous Costa Smeralda is also only a few kilometers away.
