There is a vine-covered pergola, a pizza oven and a BBQ. The Veranda can be used as an extension for your friends who may wish to visit you and stay for a night or so. And/or, it is used by the guests to meet each other on neutral territory and to eat together without messing up their own cottage !! On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. This floor opens onto a private garden + 2 terraces, overlooks the pool. From the tower, there is a beautiful panoramic view of mountains and woods. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO RESTAURANT HERE - THE NEAREST LARGE RESTAURANT IS 0.5 MILES - KATE MOSS, THE FAMOUS MODEL, HAD A RECEPTION PARTY THERE, WHEN SHE STAYED WITH US. GREAT LOCAL RATES FOR AUTHENTIC UMBRIAN FARE ! However, 2 kms away is the village of Strettura, where you can find a butcher, a baker and a grocery store plus 4 restaurants ! WE OFFER MANY ACTIVITIES FROM TRUFFLE HUNTING THROUGH WINE TASTING AND OLIVE OIL TASTING TO CHEF AT HOME, COOKERY CLASSES AND PICNIC WITH A DONKEY, ALL FOLLOWED BY A LAVISH FEAST WITH UNLIMITED WINE – AT VERY MODEST RATES, AROUND 30 EUROS/HEAD (DEC, 2016).
