Two reasonably sized bedrooms, each with mirrored built-in wardrobes, are part of the no-fuss layout and leaves plenty of space for moving about. When it’s time to settle in for the night, enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep on our luxury mattresses dressed with quality soft white linen. Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building. As pictured, the washing machine, dryer and oven are all on level 1 in communal areas. The apartment itself does have a kitchenette with 2 stove burner and microwave plus full sized fridge. Please note that the bedroom windows do not open. All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out.
