The bungalow is located in first line of the sand dunes of Maspalomas and offers breathtaking views over the nature reserve of the dunes and the sea. The house consists of two bedrooms with double bed, one whit bathroom included, bathroom with shower and a spacious living room-kitchen that gives access to the private terrace overlooking the dunes and the sea. Via a spiral staircase there is access to another terrace on the upper floor with sunbeds and panoramic views over the sand dunes and the sea. The complex is a small complex with view neighbors and has a community pool. It’s located directly at the promenade along the dunes that leads all the way to San Agustín and Meloneras and is ideal for walking and observing the unique flora and fauna of this area.
