There is a dedicated dinning room with a large dining table that seats 25. 50% Deposit payable at time of booking, balance due 1 month before, plus cleaning / damage deposit £500 on hen parties £1000 families and mixed couples refundable after 7 days subject to inspection please leave in a clean and tidy condition as damage and cleaning will be taken from your deposit if not. min 2 nights
