The main Living area overlooks the balcony and has a large flat screen Smart TV & FREE WiFi plenty of seating, a six seater dining table overlooking the water front and a large open kitchen which offers plenty of bench space, a dishwasher, family sized fridge and wall oven and electric cooktop. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and extra toilet. Completing the property is a covered back deck with down lights and ceiling fan overlooking the back yard and waterfront, perfect for watching the sun go down over the water whilst cooking up a feast on the Gas BBQ. There is driveway parking and a double remote garage for parking with internal access. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
