This pleasant holiday apartment in the small seaside resort Scario, at abt. 10 km from Sapri, is situated on the first floor of a nice 2-family-house. On the ground floor we also rent the other apartment with the reference IKC167 where the house owner, too, from time to time passes his summer holidays in the month of August. Here your dream of a holiday at a few meters distance of the sea will become reality! From the common outdoor space underneath steps will lead directly to the sea, and consequently sportsmen among you may enjoy their first bath in the sea even before breakfast. From the common garden with pool and your large, private terrace you will enjoy an amazing view over the sea and the whole coastline where you can relax in the evening, after a long day on the beach, drinking a good glass of local wine and admiring a wonderful sunset. Apart from the nearby sea your kids will surely enjoy the common pool, so nothing will be lacking for a wonderful holiday in the southern Cilento, one of the most beautiful areas of south Italy. For your day trips we suggest an excursion to the beautiful seaside resort of Palinuro which you will reach in a 30 minutes drive approximately. Palinuro, located on the amazing "Capo Palinuro", is famous for its beautiful landscape and the numerous caves, both over and under the ground. Do not miss to make a trip to the very particolar beach called "Cala Jannita" in Maratea, also called the "spiaggia nera" (black beach), due to its dark sand. You reach Maratea in a 45 minutes drive approximately, here you can visit the famous cave called "Grotta Sciabella", too. For all those among you who love history and art we would like to mention Paestum in the north of the Cilento where you can admire three of the most important antique Greek temples. In abt. 200 m distance only you reach the center of Scario with all necessary shops, good restaurants and obviously an Italian coffeebar where you can taste a real Italian espresso.
