The villa offers all comforts, including a spacious garden and a terrace facing it where you can relax and have your meals. Standard equipment such as wi-fi, washing machine, dish washer, microwave and air conditioning is at your disposal, The villa offers 3 large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate and large living room and 2 full bathrooms (one with with Jacuzzi). The area is quiet and close to the villa you will find all amenities including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The beach is at only 10 minutes walk, there you will find both free and private beaches (equipped) as well as other bars and restaurants, with night life and a promenade. In addition, it is possible to organize parties with the help of the property owner or hire a private cook, to enjoy a typical Sicilian meal! The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021. *The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
