The apartment is set in a 1900’s traditional building which has been fully renovated to a very high standard whilst retaining its period features. The apartment is perfectly situated. It is only 0.4 miles from Paisley Gilmour Street train station where trains to Glasgow Central station are as frequent as every 10 minutes and feature a journey time of 8 minutes. Glasgow International Airport is only 3 miles away and Braehead Arena / Shopping Mall is only 4 miles away. The apartment is spacious and features stylish decor. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, hob-oven and utensils to serve all of your self-catering needs. The apartment also has a large lounge with a dining table and comfortable sofa suite. A 40” Flat-screen TV with satellite channels and FREE Wi-Fi throughout the apartment is also included. There is a luxury tiled bathroom which features a bath to relax in. Shower gel, soap and towels are provided for your convenience. The apartment can accommodate four people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are again provided for your convenience. We are located just across from the art gallery and museum which holds a vast amount of art and history dating back century’s, it’s a must to take a day out to explore. ( 50 Yards ) • Coats Observatory is Scotland’s oldest public observatory. Located in Oakshaw Street West, Paisley, Renfrewshire, the observatory has been operational since October 1, 1883 and continues to function to this day, offering visitors the opportunity to view the night sky through the powerful telescopes housed within the building ( 75 yards ) • Paisley Abbey was founded in 1245 when Walter Fitzalan, the High Steward of Scotland, signed a charter at Fotheringay for the founding of a Cluniac monastery on land he owned in Paisley. Beautiful architecture inside and out not to be missed while in Paisley only a five minute walk from the apartment. ( 700 yards ) • University of the west of Scotland Paisley campus is 50 yards from the apartment. It has undergone extensive renovation’s over the past few years and has high standards of education in undergraduate and post-graduate courses.
