Villa Simone is a beautiful stone built holiday home that is set right in the middle of the Orange Groves and just a 10 minute walk to Miliou Village. The quaint villa offers every comfort with traditional styling of rustic furniture including cool terracotta and stone flooring and a wealth of exposed wooden beams and sleeps 4 people so perfect for couples or small families. The layout is on single level and consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with its own private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a large living & dining area with fireplace and offers its guests charming and comfortable accommodation. Leading outside onto the covered veranda the built barbecue area creates a perfect atmosphere for “al fresco” dining. The garden is secluded allowing complete privacy for bathing in the private pool, relaxing on the sun loungers or sipping a glass of champagne in the Jacuzzi (hot tub). The fantastic countryside views and the sweet citrus aromas that surround you will truly make you never want to leave. Private and secluded garden with fruit trees, plants and views to the surrounding countryside. Private pool (8 x 4 meters - max depth 1.80 - min depth 1.00) and sun terrace, complete with sun loungers, Jacuzzi (hot tub), stone built barbecue (charcoal) and covered veranda with dining furniture.
