Indulge in the heated jacuzzi (heated to 30ºC/86ºF) under the stars at night and savour your morning coffee (or tea!) in the lush garden with views of the volcano Teide, ocean and the surrounding valley. Let’s take a quick tour of the villa… KITCHEN & DINING AREA At the heart of the home, the open plan kitchen and dining area have been designed for sociable meals with family or friends. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people and there’s an additional breakfast bar that connects to the American-style kitchen, plus a cosy raised seating area. The kitchen contains everything you need for an easy self-catering holiday; ‣ coffee machine ‣ Bosch washing machine ‣ Bosch tumble dryer ‣ oven and ceramic hob ‣ cutlery and crockery ‣ large fridge freezer ‣ kettle ‣ toaster ‣ microwave ‣ wine fridge ‣ dishwasher ‣ sandwich toaster ‣ variety of pots, pans, glassware and cutlery. TWO LIVING ROOMS Get cosy and enjoy the latest movies and series in the TV room with satellite television and international channels or relax in the reading room with a good book or family board game. The TV room leads off to the two bedrooms and bathrooms and the reading room is connected to the kitchen/diner with sliding doors that open to the outdoor dining area and garden. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS When you’re on holiday your rest is important. All the beds are made to the highest standards of comfort; the mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic. All ben linen is crisp white 100% cotton. Enter the master bedroom through the large dressing room, with lots of space to hang your clothes and store your belongings out of the way. There’s a queen sized bed of 180 x 200 cm. The ensuite bathroom has a spa-like hydro-massage bathtub and large walk-in shower to ease muscles after a day of hiking the surrounding trails. There's a double sink, bidet and toilet and a luxurious marble and stone finish. The second bedroom has twin beds of 90 x 200, a study area, and an ensuite with a large shower, toilet and plenty of storage. Both bedrooms are complete with heating and views out to the green garden. You will find a thick 100% cotton bathrobe for each guest, which is also perfect for using when you get out of the jacuzzi. UPSTAIRS MEZZANINE LEVEL Take the stairs up from the dining room and you’ll reach an open, bright and versatile space with two chairs that convert into beds, a table that’s perfect for working or studying and lots of shelving space. This space can be used as a third bedroom, an office, study, playroom or space to do yoga and meditation. GARDEN & BBQ TERRACE The garden is a small paradise and comes complete with luscious greenery, beautiful flora and fauna, stunning views of the volcano Teide, the Atlantic ocean, coast and the valley, a heated jacuzzi treated with bromine (more gentle than chlorine), an outdoor shower, sun loungers and plenty of space to relax in and enjoy the sunshine, birdsong and the most spectacular sunsets of the island. Enjoy long, lazy lunches on the shaded 30-meter sq decked terrace with a dining table and comfortable chairs for 6 people and a brand new gas barbeque. PARKING There is a private on-site shaded parking available. Park your car right next to the front door making is really easy to transport your luggage inside.
