Tastefully decorated and close to the beach of Tel Aviv and all the shops. This is a very well equipped and functional apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and an open kitchen. The master bedroom offers privacy with an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. There is a flat-screen TV with international, local channels and movies. In the kitchen, there are all the necessary appliances to accommodate your stay. The perfect apartment for your holiday in Tel Aviv! Your comfort is important to us so we make sure our apartments are equipped with all the necessary appliances you may need while you are away. We provide: coffee, cleaning supplies, cooking appliances and an iron. Fresh, clean sheets and towels are of course provided. Perfect for family and friends. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. We are happy to assist you with further services as needed. Guest Access: We offer a self-check-in process from 3:00 pm to 00:00 am. We can be present for your arrival during office hours. Check in instructions will be sent prior to your arrival We are available for any questions or assistance during the stay. Getting Around: The City offers a wide range of transportation; You can find most busses services with the app Movit, for the time and location of buses and or Sherut (yellow van) You can also rent a bike, electric bike, and scooters via apps. For your own safety, make sure you have a Helmet. Enjoy an easy and enjoyable stay! Other Things to Note: - After each check-out, a team of professional cleaners, clean our apartments for the comfort of our guests. - Please note that if the apartment is returned in a very dirty condition, you will be overcharged. - A deposit has to be paid before the check in . - It is also imperative to return the exact number of towels and bedsheets on the day of check out, each unreturned item will be charged 40 ILS. - None of our apartments can be rented by groups of minors, in order to confirm the identity of our guest, we ask before each check in the picture of passports. - It is strictly forbidden to organize parties and make noise after 10 p.m. Interaction with Guests: I would always be happy to help and advise my clients during their stay, I am always very available for each of them.
