The Space: The 50m² flat in typical regional style has a balcony with a dreamlike view of the mountain landscape and offers space for up to 2 guests. This cosy holiday flat offers all the amenities for a relaxing stay and is divided into: a living area, a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a classic bathroom with a spacious washbasin, shower and WC. The cosy living room with flatscreen TV invites you to socialise as well as to spend a relaxing evening watching TV. There are also two sofa beds in the living area. The integrated kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and coffee maker is well equipped to prepare a few delicacies yourself. In a top location right next to the ski slope, our flat offers the perfect starting point for all winter sports enthusiasts. For every level of difficulty, freestyle and snowboard, you will find the right slope here. You will be thrilled: the piste network comprises 45 kilometres of slopes and 15 modern lifts. The ski and snowboard school directly at the middle station offers a wide range of courses. Alternatively, explore the enchanting winter landscape on a snowshoe hike. In summer, the famous Carinthian mountain and lake world with its over 140 hiking trails and cosy huts invites you to extensive excursions. With the Panorama-Kanzelbahn and Gipfelbahn you float up to almost 2000m above sea level in just 20 minutes. Several Nordic walking trails allow for optimal health and fitness training, and cycling enthusiasts will get their money's worth on the numerous cycling trails, whether with trekking bike, e-bike, racing bike or mountain bike. At the nearby Ossiacher See, there is plenty of variety, from pleasant tranquillity to fun & action with banana rides, water skiing, sailing, surfing or stand up paddling. The Adventure Park Gerlitzen, Carinthia's largest forest high ropes course, offers climbing fun for young and old. Getting Around: A city stroll in Villach and Klagenfurt with cafés and old town flair is also recommended. The neighbouring countries of Slovenia and Italy can be reached quickly in just under an hour's drive.
