Above ground swimming pool of 10 x 4.50 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters (open from May to September and shared with the owners). To see: Château de Valençay, Zoo de Beauval, Châteauroux, Châteaux de la Loire... House with private terrace, shared grounds and private indoor parking. On the ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace, large living room with dining areas, living room (double sofa bed), fireplace and pellet stove (€5 per bag - one bag per day), wc and small laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) - shower room / wc. Stove heating (€6 per bag - one bag per day) and additional electric radiators.
